Quality control in the production Crown Micro cartridges

Cartridges for laser printers manufactured CROWNmicro are three landmark quality checks before the final packaging.

Stages of quality control:

  • A listing of two sheets with 100% toner filling to detect a defect "does not paint over";
  • Printing of two sheets with 50% of the toner filling to detect defect "uneven toner distribution";
  • Printing of two sheets with zero filling toner to identify defect "spots".

Identified defective cartridges are removed from the production line and recycled.
Thanks to this quality control, cartridges are highly reliable and extremely minimal reject rate.
